The Arlberg ski area in the western end of Austria is a wonderful ski area with 260km of groomed piste 180km of ski route‘s and all most endless off piste skiing possibilities.


The Arlberg ski area covers the ski resorts

  • StAnton

  • Stuben

  • St. Chistoph

  • Zuers

  • Lech

and an altitude from 1200m to 2811m, one lift pass covers the whole area of 82 lifts.

 

How is the Snow in the Arlberg ski area (St.Anton, Stuben, St. Christoph, Zuers, Lech)?
The Arlberg is the first barrier for North west weather in the Alps.

St. Anton

St. Anton is with the Areas Rendl, Kapall, Galzig, Schindlergrat and the Valluga the biggest place in the Arlberg Area.


  • Galzig is the best off piste on big powder days.
  • Rendl has wonderful long off piste skiing runs through peaceful hidden valley‘s.
  • Kapall is with the Schöngraben one of the best place‘s for tree skiing.
  • Schindlergrat is steep, narrow in one word extreme and the best place for technique training.
  • Valluga down to Zuers is one of the most famous off piste runs in the world. The Valluga is very easy to access and has a for a confident off piste skier the perfect balance between adventure, challenge and super snow.

Stuben in the Arlberg area is the Pearl for off piste skiing.

 

The chair lift‘s bring you to a vertical level of 2345 Meter.

Now you can decide between ski touring up to the summits:

  • and Wirt

 

our you ski the lovely slopes down in to the Verwalltal (Michlboeden) and to Langen.
Next to the piste is plenty of space and awesome terrain to practice your off

Zuers

Zures offer‘s some of the most difficult and spectacular Routes in the hole Arlberg area.
Run‘s like:

 

  • The „Höll“ (Hell)
  • „Zuger Täli“ (Private)
  • and the Nadelrinne

 

are well known in the freeride skiing elite.
But just next to the piste t is wonderful off piste for everybody.
The area‘s Zuers, Zug and Lech are connected with the „Weisse Ring“ ( White circle) and is a alternative for every „restaurant skier“ in the Arlberg area.

Lech

Off piste skiing and ski touring.

 


Lech gentle off piste in combination with super nice ski touring trips make this place to a „must“ for off piste beginner.
But Lech has a steep side as well. It‘s the region around the:

 

  • Rüffikopf
  • and the Omeshorn

 

From the „Rüffikopf“ you start your trips to the „Wöster“ and many other ski tours in Lech.
